The Guidelines for Food Systems Dialogues at Sub-National Levels in Vietnam provide a practical and adaptable framework to support provincial actors in designing and facilitating inclusive food systems dialogues. These dialogues aim to co-develop Provincial Implementation Plans (PIPs) as part of the implementation of the National Action Plan on Food Systems Transformation towards Transparency, Responsibility and Sustainability (NAP-FST) to 2030.
