During the plenary discussion of the stakeholder consultation workshop, the criteria will
be reviewed thoroughly by the participating stakeholders.
• The group presents the proposed criteria, scoring methodology, and related
materials in a 10-minute technical session.
• Participants then engage in a plenary discussion, addressing key questions
about the criteria, scoring method, and proposed revisions, such as: (i) Do you
have any comments on the criteria and the scoring methods? (ii) Can you please
provide information clarifying the proposed changes in the criteria and scales?
