ANNEX 5.3. Socio-economic outcomes
Social and economic outcomes refer to social issues such as gender, equity, and
inclusion, as well as measures of economic performance. These include the development
of businesses beyond farming, employment, and income distribution generated by
activities throughout the food system.

Wage for workers in the food service sector
- Average wage per labor in food service sector (service,
processing, etc.)
- Average monthly income of workers in the food service industry
Contribution of food processing industry to the economic
growth
- Growth rate of GRDP in the food processing industry
- Share of GRDP in the food processing industry as a proportion
of the total industrial GRDP
Food exports
- Total exports and turnover of key food products (quantity and
percentage as a share of the total turnover)
- Total value of food exports
- Number of food export orders rejected/returned
