P. 29
• Participants in the group discussion should deliberate and write down activities/
programs/projects/ideas. Activities can be described by action plan, strategies,
programs, projects or any works that need to be considered for addressing food
systems issues. The list of existing strategies, action plans, programs, projects
(as documented in the food systems profiling process) can be printed out for
helping participants identify the relevant activities or programs.
• Participants also identify resources and integrated solutions. Resources can
be from both public and private sources. Meanwhile, ideas/solutions can be
proposed based on the participants’ understanding of institutional structures and
socio-economic conditions at local levels.
• Each activity should be written on different colored sticky notes. For example,
yellow notes for activities, programs, projects, and ideas. Blue notes for available
resources. Green notes for green sticky notes for integrated solutions.
• Participants place all labeled sticky notes onto the printed A0-sized template
(Table 3).
• The facilitator ensures all notes are properly attached and documented. Local
stakeholders provide feedback, corrections, and revisions as needed.
