          2.3.2. During the dialogues

          During the dialogues, the organizers should follow the below guidance.

          Roles                                      Guidance
          Curators        •   Open the dialogue: Introduce guests, discussion topics, and
                              explain the purpose and expected outcomes of the dialogue.

                          •   Guide and encourage participants’ engagement: Present key
                              information and topics and encourage participants to engage with
                              the facilitators during the group discussion.


                          •   Summarize and highlight outcomes: Facilitate group
                              reflections, invite facilitators to share insights, and ensure the
                              summary of key discussion outcomes and future commitments.

                          •   Create an enabling environment: Set a respectful and
                              constructive tone, allowing diverse perspectives to be shared
                              openly and respectfully.
