          The sub-national food system dialogues  are for:
                                                1
             •   Engaging various departments and relevant stakeholders in the food systems;
             •   Enabling participants to explore ideas together;

             •   Encouraging creativity, emphasizing equity;

             •   Emerging more powerfully through connections;
             •   Elaborating pathways, actions, intentions, and commitments together.


          2.2. Who participates in sub-national food systems dialogues?
          Organizers

          At the national level, the Ministry of  Agriculture  and Environment  (MAE) leads  the
          implementation of NAP-FST. To support the process at the provincial level, a National
          Inter-Sectoral Supporting Group (NSG) could  be established  by MAE and other
          ministries, including representatives from development agencies, government research
          institutions, non-governmental organizations, etc. The NSG will backstop the Provincial
          People’s Committee (PPC) and the focal point organization appointed by PPC to: (i) plan
