(CASRAD), VAAS, ISPAE, NIN, and CIAT. The ToT level 1 training materials have been
revised and translated in Vietnamese.
Outputs: Initial groups of indicators and specific indicators.
Common instructions for application
We primarily referred to Fanzo et al. (2020), with supplementary insights from Melisse
et al. (2020) to identify potential groups of indicators and relevant indicators at the sub-
national level (see Category 1, Category 2, Category 3 and Annexes 3–5).
- Potential groups of indicators and those relevant and potentially available at the
sub-national level are outlined in Annexes 3–5. Users are encouraged to exercise
flexibility in selecting indicators that best suit the specific context of each province.
Where certain indicators are unavailable, they can be replaced with others that
are more appropriate.
- Discussions should be organized by sectors.
